Why "DOC"?
Our newsletter is named DOC because "Doc" is often used as a term of endearment by patients for their doctors. It affectionately affirms admiration and appreciation for a physician who is a compassionate caregiver - the kind of humanistic role model the Gold Foundation seeks to nurture.
