Who are we?
The Gold Humanism Honor Society (GHHS) comprises individuals who have been recognized for practicing patient-centered medical care by modeling the qualities of integrity, excellence, compassion, altruism, respect and empathy. Members may be selected as 3rd and 4th year medical students, and as residents, faculty and administrators at GHHS member schools. They may also be recognized for humanistic practice at various stages in their careers.

What do we do?
GHHS sponsors medical school chapter projects and events, research related to GHHS, physician development programs, lectures and conferences, and Society communications. Our goal is to maintain a networked community who shares ideas, resources and support in order to sustain and advocate for humanism in medicine. GHHS members contact Harriet@gold-foundation.org to join the directory.
